Craniosacral Therapy
A gentle and deeply relaxing therapy using light touch to help relieve physical and emotional tension, craniosacral therapy supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance, recover and heal itself. It can be particularly helpful for reducing stress, calming the nervous system and building underlying energy and resilience. Rather than forcing change, the treatment works in a subtle and supportive way, allowing the body to release held patterns of tension at its own pace.
During a session, the practitioner uses sensitive hands-on listening to detect restrictions and imbalances within the body and gently support their release in a comfortable and non-invasive way. People often seek craniosacral therapy for stress, anxiety, fatigue, headaches, tension, emotional overwhelm, trauma support, or simply as a way to reconnect with a greater sense of ease and wellbeing.
Sessions are usually very calming, and many people experience a sense of deep rest during treatment. Afterwards, you may feel lighter, calmer and more grounded, with increased clarity of mind, improved energy and an enhanced sense of wellbeing. Over time, treatment can help support both immediate relief and longer-term balance.
