Returns
- Eligibility: We accept returns for products purchased directly from The Herbary within 30 days of purchase.
- Condition: Products must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition. Opened or used items are not eligible for a return.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refunds
- Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, downloadable products, and items marked as final sale are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at herbary2000@icloud.com.
Shipping
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
