Reflexology is a relaxing treatment given while clothed, usually through the feet, although hands can also be treated. After a brief consultation, you recline comfortably while reflex points corresponding to different areas of the body are worked through acupressure and massage.

Regular treatments may help the body relax, clear stagnant energy and rebalance. Nisha can also offer simple advice for self-treatment, and treatments may include complimentary aromatherapy if suitable.
