Excellent

I take these daily to support my compromised immune system over the winter and whenever I feel the need throughout the rest of the year. I've been much less prone to coughs and colds since I started taking them a couple of years ago. Anything I do catch seems much less severe and passes quickly. I use public transport and work in a hospital so this kind of support is invaluable - I wouldn't be without them.
