The perfect blend to help with hay fever symptoms.

This tea blend will help brighten and clear your airways and settle allergies

Containing Nettle, Elderflower, Eyebright, Plantain, Chamomile and Eyebright.

For the perfect cup, steep 1 - 2  teaspoons of Hayfever tea in boiling water for 5-7 minutes, strain and enjoy, add honey if desired. Adjust steeping time to taste.
