Lung Tea 100g

Containing  marshmallow leaf, thyme, hyssop, pine, mullein, elderflower and liquorice.

For the perfect cup, steep 1 - 2  teaspoons of Lung tea in boiling water for 5-7 minutes, strain and enjoy, add honey if desired. Adjust steeping time to taste.
